Monté has drawn thousands of pictures of people from all over the globe. He has an extensive hat collection and often dresses in character for themed events.

Based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, Monté has performed as a cartoon sketch artist/entertainer in Vancouver, the Okanagan Valley, Penticton, Summerland to Vernon, Kamloops and Sun Peaks Resort. He’s been all over western Canada at festivals, conventions, office functions, parties, graduations, bar mitzvahs, weddings, trade shows, grand openings, birthday parties, retirement parties and more. Clients include: Dodge/Ram, Paramount Pictures, Save-On-Foods, Microsoft, BDO, Dominion Securities, BC Tree, Interior Savings, and many more.

Monté’s cartoons have been published in newspapers and magazines like Saturday Evening Post, National Enquirer, Highlights for Children, King Features; in books; on greeting cards; in advertising; on Facebook; and on websites. For several years he worked with Calgary Herald cartoonist Vance Rodewalt on his Chubb and Chauncey syndicated comic strip. Monté stays busy with commercial assignments, teaching and playing music.
